‘Cold places, Winter Warmers!’ is the sub-title of Kirkcaldy Orchestral Society’s “Winter Wanderings” concerts on Sunday, December 13 in the Old Kirk, Kirkcaldy.

Continuing its season theme of “Mapping the Music - Near and Far”, KOS gives two performances (at 2pm and 3.45pm) of its Winter/Christmas programme, featuring “Paddington Bear’s First Concert”, a story with music for children and adults.

With the story by Michael Bond and superb music by Herbert Chappell, the musical tale is charming and entertaining, and provides a great centrepiece.

The concerts also feature The Langtoun Singers with some seasonal offerings and the Orchestra will have a couple of Sleigh Rides and other appropriate music up its sleeves!

Tickets are available from members or by contacting kirkcaldyorchestralsociety@gmail.com.
