It was a right royal affair at Wellesley Parish Church last week as the ‘Fit for a King’ holiday club kicked off.
There were lots of happy, eager faces on Monday morning, all looking forward to the number of activities planned for throughout the week, including keep fit, singing and arts and crafts.
Holiday club team member Margaret Rae said: “There were games galore, we enjoyed story-time, had visits from the ‘Royal Postie’ Sheena McCallum, a daily quiz and competitions.
“There were visits from lots of people who had met members of the Royal Family and in fact, they even had a visit from the ‘Queen of Methil’ herself!”
The week of fun ended with a family night which included food, games and dancing.
Margaret added: “It was a truly magical week and I’m quite sure that the adults enjoyed it every bit as much as the children did!”
