CUPAR Hearts qualified for their fourth Fife Cup semi-final appearance after defeating Dysart 2-1 at Duffus Park on Saturday.
The scoreline suggests a close encounter but Cupar were in control for most of the match.
Fraser carried on from last week and he headed Hearts into the lead after only six minutes.
Four minutes later it was 2-0. Reilly and Pryde combined wel
l and the latter rounded the keeper and squared to Fraser who then had the simple task of side footing the ball home for his second.
Dysart had their first attack with a direct free kick by Napier but the defensive wall did its job.
In the second half Dysart pressed forward with a vengeance but failed in the final third.
In the final minute Dysart were thrown a life line when they were awarded a penalty kick after L. Sharp was adjudged to have fouled Walker inside the penalty area. Walker made no mistake from the spot.
As expected Dysart threw everyone forward looking for an equaliser in the dying seconds but it is Cupar who progress to meet Lumphinnans in the semis.
Hearts are in quarter-final action again on Saturday in the Scottish Amateur Cup. Hearts travel to Hamilton to play Eddlewood Amateurs. Kick-off 2.30 p.m.
