Eastvale secured a safe passage through to the next round of the M+H Engineering Cup after seeing off Strathmiglo 4-2.
Things looked ominous for Strath when Eastvale went ahead straight from the start.
Strath’s kick-off was played back and a moment of indecision in their rearguard gave Cramb the chance to belt in the opener.
Robinson hit back with the equaliser, then a Methven free kick somehow eluded Eadie to put the guests back in front.
The opening pace did not continue.
There was plenty of effort in midfield but precious little action in front of either goal.
That was until just before the break when McKinnon steered Dale Smith’s cross into the net to level things.
Early in the second half, McLaughlin fired wide and Eastvale’s Cramb spurned a chance.
In the final quarter, things went from bad to worse for the hosts when Eastvale’s Herd made the most of a midfield slip-up to stride forward and score.
Before the end, Moncrieff made it four to book his team’s place in the next round.
Strath, for the second home game in succession, were left to lick their wounds and rue the loss of gifted goals.
