Cup draw - Raith Rovers head to Ibrox

Raith Rovers have been handed a tough away trip to Ibrox in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.

The Kirkcaldy side face the trip along the M8 to play Rangers on February 7 or 8 next year.

The names were drawn out of the hat this afternoon.

Rovers booked their place in the fifth round with a 2-0 weekend win over Stirling Albion, after previously dispatching junior side Linlithgow Rose.

Ibrox is of course the scene of their famous 1994 Coca Cola Cup triumph ... but it’s also where they were hit for six on their most recent league visit!
