The weekend for the Anster Haddies began up in Aberdeen for the D33 ultra race from the Granite City to Banchory and back along the old Deeside railway line.
What started out as great conditions soon turned into very wet, this didn’t deter Bill Hutchison from running a great race coming in 23rd place, this was also a V60 course record in a time of 4.18.04.
Back in Fife, Haddies were in action at the local Parkruns.
At St Andrews taking first position in a time of 16 minutes was Neil Smith.
Jas Baillie followed in 20.21.
At Beveridge Park Kirkcaldy Colin McKie ran a PB for the second week running over the 5k route in 18.48.
Bill Simpson ran a steady 22.56. Training continues this Wednesday at Waid Academy.
