GLENWOOD High School held its annual sports day recently in blazing sunshine.

Boys and girls from S1, 2 and 3 competed in a variety of track and field athletics events including 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m. Pupils also competed in the high jump, long jump, discus, shot putt and javelin as well as the 4 x 100 m relay and team tug of war.

The ‘Sports Champions’ for each year were- S1, Girls - Amy Paterson, Boys - Bailey Harper-Lane. S2, Girls - Shannon West, Boys - Kyle Fraser. S3, Girls - Samantha Drummond, Boys - Ross Paterson.
