A TRAINING guide has been produced for people taking part in the Glenrothes Road Running Festival.
It has been prepared by former race co-ordinator, Sam Wilson, now operations manager with Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, one of the event’s principal sponsors.
The guide covers 12 weeks for the showpiece 10 Kilometre run and 10 weeks for the 4K and another is aimed at those intending to do the 2K, and 300m junior jog.
