Following a two day visit to the Fairmont Hotel & Spa golf courses of Kittocks and Torrance in St Andrews, Scottish Disability Golf has yet another new winner for the 2016 season and introduced even more new golfers to its Order of Merit Championship Tables.

The overall winner of the 36-hole event was Les McConachie of St Andrews.

The SDG also awarded the daily winners of their event and on day one, played over the Kittocks, Jim Gales of Springfield was first, with John Pennycott of the Isle of Arran in second.

Day two was played over the Torrance, with Les McConachie winning the spoils and Jim Thomson of Millport taking second spot. Tony Tomasso of Ayrshire won the overall coache’s prize and takes the lead in the Scottish coaches tables.
