Five members of the newly formed Glenrothes Triathlon Club took part in the second annual Kinross Sportive on Sunday.

Nicola Philp, Steven McEwan and Kirsty McEwan all completed the 44 mile blue route in a time of four hours, 35 minutes, raising over £500 for the charity Children’s Hospice Association Scotland.

The club’s other participants took on the challenging black route which was a tough 87 miles.

Ross Walker completed the challenge, but John Diegano had a devastating race ending broken chain after 70 miles.
