THE April round of the East Neuk Wobblers Motorcycle Trials Championship took place recently at Drumcarro Craig.

It proved a great success, with nearly 70 riders turning up, including 21 youth members.

The weather too was kind, with none of the forecast rain.

Winner of the Adult A Route, Roger Summers of Kennoway, only moved up from the Clubman class this year and came in with a great score ahead of a few top-scoring riders from last year.

David Anderson of Colinsburgh sneaked in to the second spot and in third there was a four-way tie, including Paul Anderson of Leven, David Smith of Pittenweem and Allan Adamson of Colinsburgh.

In the Youth Classes, local lads did very well, with Jamie Duffus of Leven winning the Youth A (B Route), Pittenweem’s Connor Smith taking the Youth B (A Route) and Gordon Peebles of Colinsburgh clinching the Youth B (B Route).

Malcolm Summers of Kennoway was second on the Youth D (White Route).
