EAST Fife Junior Supporters Club 2011 Golds has a new fan in the shape of the Fife Constabulary Charity Fund.
The officers’ charity recently donated a cheque for £500 to the young Fifers, raised by staff who voluntarily pay money into a pot designed to help sustain good causes that provide support to Fife communities.
Mike Lindsay, of the supporters’ club, accepted the cheque on its behalf from Chief Inspector Graeme Kinmond.
Chief Insp Kinmond said: “It was with great pleasure that I was able to present the cheque for £500 to the East Fife Junior Supporters Club 2001 Golds, for much-needed equipment.”
