This weekend St Andrews United take a break from East Region Super League action as they travel to Blackburn United in the East Of Scotland Cup.
It is a chance to get back to winning ways following defeat last weekend at Carnoustie.
Manager Phil McGuire said he expects to make changes to his side for the game.
Blackburn currently sit in fifth place in the South Division having won two and drawn one of their three games this season.
McGuire is under no illusion that it will be difficult encounter in the Lothians.
He said: “Blackburn have had a steady start in the South League and will provide us with stiff opposition .
“We will go into the match in the correct way and will be working hard this week in training to come away with a victory.
“We know only a hard-working performance and everyone playing to their capabilities will give us a good chance to win the game, anything less and we can make things very difficult for ourselves and that’s not without Blackburn also adding to our troubles.
“I think it’s a game we can look forward to and it should be a great cup game.”
The Saints boss was smarting from Saturday’s defeat, adding: “I genuinely feel that both teams worked hard and played ok in patches but both teams can play better and a draw was a fairer result on the face of play.”
Kick off at the Blackburn United Community Stadium is 2.30p.m.
