Waid................................17

DUMS..............................28

DUMS scored first through their hard running centres for a converted try early in the match.

After a fine effort from the Waid forwards, DUMS conceded a penalty that Dylan Muir converted but the visitors replied with three more converted tries before half time.

Waid showed that they had gained an understanding of how to play against their opponents and made good use of their forwards to put a lot of pressure on the Dundee players.

A quick tap and go was taken by Nairn Spence who forced himself over the line for Waid’s first try of the day, which Gary Anderson converted. Andrew Marley’s try was the game’s final score.
