New fish merchant set to open on Kirkcaldy High Street
The fishmonger is launching a second shop in the unit on the corner of Tolbooth Street which latterly operated as a charity shop.
Owner Calum Sinclair said: “The decision to expand and open our second store has been led by the increase in customer demand for quality fresh fish and seafood.

"The new shop with its prominent position will enable us to have a High Street presence in both Kirkcaldy and Burntisland as well as the space we need to prepare our quality products.”
"We chose Kirkcaldy because we know it well and already have a customer base in the town through the Friday Artisan Market and our home delivery service.

Customers can expect the same great tasting fresh fish and seafood that they have come to expect from the Burntisland store only bigger.
The new shop will host a live shellfish tank, upgraded smoking equipment to create a proper onsite smokehouse, as well as a large cheese counter that will be stocked by artisan Scottish cheese monger I.J. Mellis.
Cutting the ribbon to officially open the new store on Tuesday at 9am will be the pioneer of the Artisan Friday Market and fellow local business owner, Louise Canny from Eloise Jewellery, who has been leading the charge in returning Kirkcaldy High Street to its former glory.
