Currys PC World re-opens Fife store

Currys-PC World has partially re-opened its store in Kirkcaldy.

The Fife Retail Park outlet was one of 32 brought back out of lockdown on Thursday after a successful pilot project.

It will allow customers to order online and then collect their goods in store.

It means a “zero contact business” to protect customers and staff.

Mark Allsopp, the company’s chief operating officer, said: “In May we re-opened 22 stores, and this went extremely well.

“We are pleased to announce we will be extending this service to a further 32 stores.”

He praised the “tremendous amount of work” b y staff to get everything ready for the re-start.
