This year’s event will also honour those who have succeeded in the challenging times of a pandemic.

Jim Leishman, Provost of Fife, urged people to nominate.

He said: “Businesses in Fife have endured many unforeseen issues in the past year through the Coronavirus pandemic.

“I’m proud that our businesses have still been providing opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged people in our communities through this very difficult period.

“Fife’s businesses are essential for training and employing our young people to give them the best chance of a bright future.

“It’s important that we continue this trend in the coming years to get Fife up and running again once the pandemic has passed."

The deadline for nominations is September 25.
