Belleknowes in Inverkeithing is now owned by PATRIZIA and Caisson.

The two companies joined forces to invest in multi-let industrial real estate during lockdown.

The 140,000 sq ft estate in west Fife is home to companies including Network Rail, Kwik-Fit, Speedy Hire, and Plumbstore.

It boasts 22 units and is just 15 minutes from Edinburgh Airport.

The sale was confirmed by Lismore Real Estate Advisor.

The price reflected a net initial yield of 5.95%.
