Speaking of her latest award success, the former Kirkcaldy High pupil said: “I feel absolutely overwhelmed with joy to have won, as everyone in my category deserved the award.

“I was noticed by several ladies on the night including one in film who took my card as they are always looking for head pieces, so I'm really looking excited to see where my business is going to go next.”

Chanix Millinery offers bespoke hats and fascinators, designed and created by Rachael, as well as a hire service.

She has seen her work feature in magazines and some have been picked for best hat and best dressed at the races.
