A former barber’s shop in Kirkcaldy could be set for a new lease of life.

A planning application has been lodged to turn the premises at 9 Whytescauseway into an estate agent business.

The change of classification requires approval from Fife Council.

The application was lodged by Dundee-based Asset Managers Scotland.

It will be considered in due course by councillors and planning officers.
