Gold awards for Kirkcaldy call centre

A Kirkcaldy based call centre has won two top awards.

VeriCall Ltd took gold awards at the 15th annual Top-Ranking Performers in the Contact Centre world ceremony held online this month.

It won best contact centre (outsourced) and best in customer service for the EMEA region.

The awards are run by the world’s largest global Contact Centre Association - and the winners came from over 1600 entries across 50 countries.

Adam Taylor, MD, said: “I could not be any prouder of our team of award winners.

“These awards are recognition of the high standards our teams deliver day in, day out and, while we work tirelessly for our customers.

“It is marvellous to be recognised by our peers as well. “

VeriCall launched three years ago, making its based in Kirkcaldy where it employs 400 people.

Last year it won a £200,000 contract with Rubicon CSR for a testing phase which allowed it l to use social media to take donations for charities.
