Gold awards for Kirkcaldy call centre
VeriCall Ltd took gold awards at the 15th annual Top-Ranking Performers in the Contact Centre world ceremony held online this month.
It won best contact centre (outsourced) and best in customer service for the EMEA region.

Hide AdThe awards are run by the world’s largest global Contact Centre Association - and the winners came from over 1600 entries across 50 countries.

VeriCall launched three years ago, making its based in Kirkcaldy where it employs 400 people.
