Housing developments in two Fife towns have sold their final homes.

Dundas Estates’ projects at Annfields, east of Dunfermline, and Ostlers Way in Kirkcaldy have both been a hit with house buyers.

The 159 homes in Dunfermline have all been sold - while the Kirkcaldy development has also been completely snapped up.

Irene Wilson, sales manager,, said: “We’re now off site at Annfields and proud to be leaving behind a development that has provided so many opportunities for such a range of buyers.

A public art sculpture has also been erected outside the development by artist Tim Chalk.

He created the piece which is inspired by birds when learning the surrounding streets are named after different species.

The company has developments underway at Pace Hill, Milnathort and Uphall Station Village.
