Lynda Hamilton Parker, publishing editor and founder, said: “We are delighted to have pulled this magazine back from the brink and hope the new title will better reflect the content we cover and make it even more appealing and accessible to people of all walks of life.”

The magazine had been put on hold due to coronavirus restrictions, but will return this summer in print and online.

Initially launched in 2018, it is available from most independent health stores and Maggie’s centres, as well as selected clinics, cafes, and yoga studios.
