New homes planned on open space site in Kinghorn
Lovell Homes wants to develop the north pocket site next to its development at Redpath Braes, Oak Street.
The land is open space, but was earmarked for transfer to a community group.

It is not covered by a factoring agreement for its general upkeep and maintenance and ,if left undeveloped, could present an area for potential anti social behaviour and casual fly tipping.
The developer wants to build seven homes in a proposed new cul-de-sac.

Hide AdEach would have turfed front gardens, block pavior driveways and carefully considered use of hedges and trees.
It said the homes would be of the same design and “ will knit seamlessly in terms of streetscape and context.”Councillors will consider the application in due course.
