The opening of the leisure complex completes a £3.5 million pound investment in to the park facilities over the last 12 months, which has also included the construction of a further 91 holiday home and lodge pitches.

In recent years Clayton Caravan Park has grown to become one of the largest holiday parks in the country with over 650 holiday and residential pitches. The park offers luxury holiday homes for sale and rent, as well as touring facilities and residential living.

Managing director, Andrew Kennedy, said: “ We are very pleased to complete this substantial investment in to the park facilities.

“The opening of the Clayton Leisure Centre provides a tremendous new offering both to our loyal customers and also to the local community who we hope will also support the venture.

“Our latest holiday home and lodge development was completed in July this year and we have seen strong demand for holiday home and lodge sales since the lockdown restrictions were lifted.”
