People camp overnight as new Fife housing development launches
Huge demand for new three and four bedroom homes
A new housing development in Fife has had a huge surge of interest.
People camped out overnight to snap up one of the properties at Cedar Rise View in Cardenden.
A total of ten houses were snapped up over the weekend.
The development is by Lochay Homes, and Jamie Thomson, director, said: “We are delighted at the response we have had to the launch of the development and are working together with local contractors to build some fantastic family homes.
“We are happy to be back at work and are very excited to be back building in Fife.”
The development includes three bedroom homes from £165,000, and a four-bedroom at £215,000.
Lochay Homes will launch a new site of bungalows in St. Monans later in the year.
