Coronavirus in Fife: New cases continue to mount
Fife is continuing to see steep rises in new coronavirus cases, with a greater proportion of hospital cases in intensive care.
According to today’s statistics there were 54 new cases.
2345 cases have now been detected in Fife since the start of the outbreak, up from 2291 yesterday.
The number of people currently who have tested positive in Fife hospitals is now 24, and 7 of those are in intensive care.
A total of 974,646 people in Scotland have been tested at least once. Of these people, 61,531 have tested positive
