Coronavirus in Scotland: Scottish Ambulance Service looking for Covid vaccinators across Scotland


Those selected will be a part of the national immunisation delivery programme across Scotland which seeks to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Candidates must be available for immediate starts with full-time and part-time positions available.

Hide AdAccording to the Scottish Ambulance Service, the preferred candidate must have great communication skills with team working essential in this role whilst working in challenging times, and they also must ‘enjoy a new challenge.’
Those chosen candidates who must be Registered Health Care Professionals will be spread across Scotland in the north, the west and the east.
A Scottish Ambulance Spokesperson said: “We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Health Care Professionals to deliver COVID vaccines nationally across Scotland.
"This is an exciting time where immunisation delivery is changing and working in new ways to ensure an accessible and person centred approach.

The news comes as Scotland and the rest of the UK continues to distributes coronavirus virus vaccines through a national immunisation delivery plan.
Yesterday, the Deputy First Minister John Swinney confirmed that the number of people who have received their first vaccination stood at 334,871 adding that the government is ‘very confident’ about reaching over-80s vaccine target by next month.
