Fife continues to record Covid-19 deaths
Three more people in Fife, who tested positive for Covid-19, have lost their lives.The latest weekly figures from the National Records for Scotland show in the past seven days three people have died taking the total number of deaths in the Kingdom to 200.
In the last seven days, two died in care homes and one in hospital.

Hide AdThere have been 75 care home deaths, 108 in hospital and 17 at home.The news comes as the latest figures show a reduction in the number of coronavirus related deaths across Scotland as a whole for the ninth week.Meanwhile, the Scottish Government’s daily figures show that 930 people in Fife have tested positive for Covid-19 since monitoring began.
An increase of one recorded case since Saturday.There are currently 47 people being treated in hospital. Fewer than five patients are being treated in intensive care.A total of 263,600 people in Scotland have been tested to date through NHS Scotland labs and the UK Government’s testing programme. Of these, 245,341 were confirmed negative and 18,259 were positive.
