Fife records 18 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours

As the number of positive cases of Covid-19 continue to rise across the country, Fife recorded 18 new cases in the last 24 hours.

Today’s Scottish Government figures show the total number of positive cases recorded in the health board region since the outbreak began is now 1200.

Figures revealed there were fewer than five people in intensive care at midnight and again this has been the case since June 2.

Less than five people with the virus are also in hospital.
