Fife records one new case of Covid-19 in last 48 hours

A total of 948 people in Fife have tested positive for Covid-19 since the outbreak began.

Latest daily figures from the Scottish Goverment show there was no change in the number of cases in the last 24 hours, however there had been one newly confirmed case the previous day.

Before that increase the number had remained the same since Sunday.

Scotland saw an increase of 66 new positive cases over night.

A cluster of coronavirus cases in Aberdeen has seen lockdown restrictions reintroduced in the area.

Across Scotland figures show a total of 381,471 people have been tested since the outbreak began.

Of these people 362,624 were confirmed negative and 18,847 were positive.
