Four new positive cases of Covid-19 recorded in Fife

Four new positive cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in Fife in the last 24 hours.

Monday’s Scottish Government figures show the number of positive cases in the Kingdom since the outbreak began is now 993.

The latest rise comes after the region has seen a steady increase in confirmed cases in recent days, including another four new cases in Sunday’s figures.

Meanwhile across Scotland, there were 160 positive cases recorded in the last 24 hours according to the latest data.

Throughout the country, a total of 565,285 people have now been tested for Covid-19 since the start of the outbreak.

Of these, 20,478 tested positive and 544,807 were negative.
