Further Covid-19 related deaths recorded in Fife
Latest figures from the National Records for Scotland, covering the period from July 20 to 26, show the total number of coronvirus deaths locally since the outbreak has risen by two to 203.

Hide AdOne of these deaths occurred in hospital and the other at home.
The number of people to have died in hospital in Fife is now 110, while 18 have died at home.
A total of 75 have died from the virus in care homes across the Kingdom.
Scotland as a whole has now seen 4201 people die where Covid-19 has been mentioned on their death certificate.

Hide AdThe news comes as Wednesday’s daily figures from the Scottish Government show the total number of confirmed positive cases recorded in Fife since the outbreak began is 941 – an increase of two cases since Friday.
Throughout Scotland a total of 352,494 people have now been tested for coronavirus.
Of these, 333,914 were confirmed negative and 18,580 were positive.
