No new coronavirus cases detected in Fife

An update on cases in Fife shows total positive cases is now 826, the same as yesterday.

In Fife hospitals, there are currently 70 known cases, down from 72 yesterday.

There are less than five people currently in intensive care.

A total of 95,173 people in Scotland have been tested. Of these, 14,856 were positive.

177 people have now died from coronavirus in Fife, it was confirmed this week.

The latest figures released by the Scottish Government show that Fife 15 more people died this week.

Of the 177 deaths in Fife, 66 occurred in care homes, with 15 at home, and 96 in hospitals.
