People at 15 Fife schools and nurseries have been forced to self-isolate after contact with a positive Covid-19 case.

The information was revealed in the latest schools and nurseries update from NHS Fife

The figures were from the period between April 19-25, and only schools where five or more individuals have had to self-isolate have been listed.

The schools are: Auchmuty High School - Glenrothes; Beath High School - Cowdenbeath; Camdean Primary School - Rosyth; Canmore Primary School - Dunfermline; Dunfermline High School; Fair Isle Family Nurture Centre – Kirkcaldy; Glenrothes High School; Kirkcaldy High School; Kirkcaldy West Primary School; Madras College – St Andrews; Pitreavie Primary School - Dunfermline; Pitteuchar West Primary School - Glenrothes; St Columba's RC High School - Dunfermline; St Leonard's Primary School - Dunfermline; and Thornton Primary School.

Anyone with the well-established symptoms of Covid-19, regardless of how mild, should immediately self-isolate and order a test on the NHS inform website www.nhsinform.scot or by calling 0800 028 2816.
