With gyms and leisure centres still closed under lockdown restrictions, Fife Sports & Leisure Trust (FSLT) launched an outdoor programme of classes.

And since they re-started, they have been fully booked - with customers asking for more.

The sessions are currently available at Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre in Glenrothes; Duloch Leisure Centre and Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre and need to be booked online in advance.
