Glenn is broadcasting Live at 5pm on Facebook with a free swing show featuring songs from a wartime era of Sinatra, Fitzgerald, King Cole, and Martin.

Glenn says it’s all about entertaining those in isolation, with many older people tuning in to catch the show.

He said: “The idea came from my friend telling me how her 95-year-old nana would be so lonely during the quarantine and I thought about how many nursing and care homes would be faced with the same issues so this would be a nice way to bring people and our senior isolators together.

“People write in and send requests and messages to their loved ones and it’s getting quite a lot of interest.”

Glenn even did an online duet with West End star Neil Gordon, starred as Sinatra in the Rat Pack, and more link-ups are in the pipeline.
