Phase two of flu vaccines launches in Fife
Fifers aged between 60 and 64 are being encouraged to take up the free flu vaccine as the next phase of the largest ever immunisation programme is delivered in Scotland.
It begins today, and people entitled to the vaccine will receive a letter from NHS Fife letting them know where they can get the vaccine and how to book an appointment.
Dr Esther Curnock, deputy director of public health, NHS Fife said: “I’d encourage anyone invited to make sure they get the jab."
