All the fun of the fayre at Elie
The summer season is well under way in Elie and while the sunshine may have been elusive at times on Saturday, the crowds still flocked to the annual fayre.
The event at the harbour is always popular with summer visitors and local residents and it was a real family affair, with rides, stalls and competitions.
To get the atmosphere under way on Saturday morning, an old music steam organ was planned to play at High Street until 12 noon before heading to the harbour for the afternoon.
The fun started with the official opening of the fayre by this year’s Princess, Emma Ashworth, with attendants Rebecca Woodward and Poppy Pratt.
