It is showing work from a number of artists based on the theme of ‘Matiere’, which focuses on the large assortment of materials used in contemporary art.

North east Fife artist Susan Winton is among those featured, alongside such names at Arthur Watson, current president of the Royal Scottish Academy, and one of the best-known figures in Scottish contemporary art, Richard Demarco, founder of the Traverse Theatre, who last year visited Buckhaven High School and was impressed by pupils’ portfolios of work.

Other exhibitors include Conrad Atkinson, Irene Barberis, G. W. Bot, Grant Clifford, Charlotte Hodes, Marian Leven, Janet McKenzie, Will Maclean and Christiana Spens. The exhibition runs from March 5-13, between 11am- 5pm daily.
