Blacksmithing invite at Falkland Palace
Falkland Palace is marking its 2017 opening by encouraging members of the public to try their hand at blacksmithing.
Local artist Jim Shears, who had been a blacksmith for 15 years, made the palace’s new orchard gate and will have his portable forge on site on the opening weekend starting Saturday, March 4.
