Colin Maxwell’s story about William Wallace is being unveiled on March 5 at the first Dunfermline Comic Convention. ‘Guardians of Scotland’ will be available at the convention, in the Glen Pavilion, and also via www.maximized.co.uk. Colin (44), a Fife College photography worker, and ex-Buckhaven High School pupil, developed an interest fairly late in life with writing and drawing, although he had pleasant memories of reading the Victor and Commando comic books , which were also enjoyed by his dad. Colin began writing comic books in 2013, some years after he began creating little panel cartoon stories about funny happenings at work.
