Cash boost for SSAFA thanks to amateur musical association
The Fife Branch of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, received a very welcome boost recently when the Leven Amateur Musical Association decided to make a donation of £500.
This was the proceeds from carol singing, cash in lieu of Christmas cards along with functions and events held throughout the year.
The donation was inspired by LAMA’s last production, Sunshine of Leith, which was an outstanding success.
