Meet Santa and his reindeer
The virtual Lapland grotto will be open for visitors during the first three weekends of December, and will feature live reindeer, including a cameo from Rudolph.
Families will be able to provide Santa with their child’s Christmas wish list in advance, along with any fun facts they want him to know.

As part of Virgin Media’s ongoing partnership with disability equality charity, Scope, Santa’s helpers have also put special measures in place to ensure disabled families, as well as those who are shielding, don’t miss out on the opportunity of meeting the main man.
To enable this, Virgin Media will provide a sign language interpreter and an audio descriptor to ensure as many families as possible can enjoy the magic of meeting Santa virtually.

To secure a slot in Santa’s busy schedule, families need to fill out an online form.
This will be made live on Friday 20 November and taken down at 11.59pm on Monday 23 November.
When entry closes, virtual visits to the North Pole will be awarded at random, plus a selection of video calls will be reserved for Virgin Media customers.
Santa’s elves will then book in 15 minute slots during the three weekends before Christmas, with dates including 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 and 20 December.
