Cupar man to cycle 1000 miles for air force charity
Cupar man Bob Lander, who recently retired after 44 years in the RAF, is aiming to complete the journey which covers the length of the UK in aid of the RAF Benevolent Fund.
The 62-year-old considers himself to have been incredibly lucky throughout his career, but knows that others have been less so and need assistance.
