Glenrothes cashing in on Johnny - in paint & song
For one of the Kingdom’s top Cash impersonators, local singer Tom Scott from East Weymss, had shoppers singing to the strains of Ring of Fire and Walk The Line, while members of the town’s art club captivated the public with a demonstration on how to commit the image of the superstar to canvas.
It was all part of the official launch of the Go Glenrothes campaign, an events initiative to help promote the town as part of the build up to 2018 and the 70th anniversary of when Glenrothes was formed.
