NEW drivers are being given an opportunity to gain more knowledge and practical driving skills in a discounted scheme.
The national Pass Plus course is being offered to drivers who have passed their test within the past two years and are a resident in Fife.
In Fife, the scheme is subsidised by Fife Council, drivers that apply will receive a voucher for £30 at the new driver evening.
Chief Inspector Brenda Sinclair, head of road policing, said: “New drivers evening lasts around one and a half hours and will include inputs from road policing officers, road safety support unit and Fife safety camera partnership. “Attendance at the new driver evening is mandatory if you wish to take advantage of the discounted Pass Plus Scheme in Fife.”
