Last year, for the first time, the national flower show ran coaches from across Scotland to the three-day festival, which takes place in Edinburgh at the end of May.

These proved to be hugely popular, so much so that this year the service has been extended to pick up from 33 locations.

Show organiser, Martin Dare, said: “Feedback from visitors was that were delighted to be able to get on board with Lothian Motorcoaches in their home town and travel directly to the show in comfort. And they welcomed the fact that it was also a greener solution than travelling by car.”
