Supporters learn about work of LoveOliver
The LoveOliver appeal has recently reached its fifth birthday and, since then, over £335,000 has been raised.
The charity was launched by Leven couple Andy and Jennifer Gill in memory of their five-month-old baby son, Oliver, who passed away in 2010, and finances research into childhood cancer and provides practical help to families affected by it.
To mark Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, on September 2, Jennifer and Andy are hosting an event at the Queensferry Hotel in North Queensferry, offering an insight into LoveOliver’s work and featuring presentations from supporters and medical experts. More details are at www.loveoliver.org.uk.
